Information on paper, on your screen in seconds through the digital archive.
Your documents are barcoded, scanned one by one and indexed. The digital archive protects documents whose originals must be retained, and several people can reach what you are looking for at the same time.
Leading institutions in Türkiye entrust their archives to us.
From automotive to publishing, from transport to chambers of commerce and municipalities: end-to-end projects, from physical organisation to the digital archive.
From physical archives to digital archives, from Ottoman Turkish documents to libraries: with our team's 27 years of expertise, we run every project end to end with the same care.
An address for every document, access in two minutes.
From feasibility to boxing, from barcodes to shelf addresses: documents due for destruction are weeded out, the rest are organised so they never go missing and linked to the digital archive.
Both firmans and berats can be read in today's language.
Your Ottoman Turkish printed, rik'a, divani and siyakat documents are read, transcribed and simplified into modern Turkish; they are restored and transferred to the digital archive.

Who we are
“
Since 2010 we have been organising institutions' memory and moving it into the digital archive. From the box on the shelf to the record on the screen, from an Ottoman firman to today's correspondence, every document should have a place, an owner and a retention period.
An archive is not a warehouse; it is the memory of the institution. From consumables to software, from scanning to restoration, we work as your single point of contact.

Boxes, colour coding, shelving and cabinet systems.
In four steps, an orderly archive.
Every project follows the same order: first we understand what there is, then we decide how long it must be kept, then we organise it and move it to digital.
Step 01
Feasibility and inventory
Information is collected from department representatives with institution-specific survey forms; the document types produced and their retention periods are identified.

How do we start a project?
First a free preliminary meeting is held, then your storage area is inspected on site. A feasibility and inventory study identifies document types and retention periods; a proposal covering timeline and budget is submitted in writing. To get started, you can fill in the assessment form on the site or call +90 (212) 588 51 44.
How is information security ensured?
All activities, from digital archive, document and media archive management systems to historical document digitisation, are carried out within an Information Security Management System compliant with TS EN ISO/IEC 27001:2022. The policy document was published as PLT.32 on 26.10.2023.
